Vulnerability is hidden though bravery. When civic servicemen wear uniforms, an additional layer of strength and honor is placed upon them, yet this civic facade prevents honest connection between them whom they are serving. Through conversation, I am able to gain my subjects’ trust. I find the moment where the facade starts to break down and their real selves begin to seep through the cracks.

TopButton is all about teaching young men the ways of a properly fitting suit and the art of beer. The goal is to see guys that are confident in what they're wearing and that know what they're drinking.
TopButton is modern, bold, and approachable. With its striking photography, bold colors, and hand lettering, TopButton shows it knows what it's doing, without being too cocky.

Knoxville has many beautiful areas to take portraits. However, one of my favorite places is the University of Tennessee Gardens. With a variety of greenery and scenery, I have been able to capture many wonderful photos of my subjects at The Gardens.

During my internship at Designsensory I was able to produce various print material for some of their projects.
There is a major difference between hearing and listening. Hearing is the simple act of being able to notice and process sound while listening takes more effort. When you listen, you really pay attention and try to understand what is being heard. Even though deaf people may not be able hear what is happening around them, they still have the great ability to LISTEN.
This book focuses on the stories and experiences of four different deaf people and aims to get hearing people to stop and try and listen.
